Self-growth can be intimidating. Many of us have read, seen or heard of the phrases: “spiritual awakening” “kundalini rising” “spiritual crisis” or the “dark night of the soul”. Some people refer to it as “ascension”, others refer to it as “evolution”. These are all terms describing the “path of enlightenment”, the path for those of us who are seekers of truth. Those of us that want the mystical–not the religious. Those who want to have a life full of purpose, not possessions. Those of us that ask “why” but aren’t satisfied with the surface level why, we want to understand the deeper why, the underlying causes, not the bandaid solutions….
There is one road this type of seeking lands on, and that is the road of PROJECTION, the MIRROR PRINCIPLE and SHADOW WORK. Shadow work can sound painful. “A dark night of the soul” seems ominous.
