I fell in love with coaching as a way of personal transformation with my first life-coach in 2004. She was a game-changer in my process, supporting me to have intellectual paradigm-shifts, increases in my emotional intelligence and huge shift in how much time I spent enjoying my life. In my first career, I spent 18 years in the Financial Planning sector, then acquiring a Masters in 2018 I chose to pivot my career direction. I coach Executives using the latest in Leadership practices: strategic planning, financial literacy and empowerment as a part of a fully wholistic somatic integrated approach. I am an Internationally Accredited and Certified Coach through ICF, where I have been a member since 2019 and am also featured on their Foundation for the pro-bono coaching I have provided. Since August 2023, I am also an Adjunct Professor in the UCW MBA program teaching MGMT 601: Leadership to International Students from all over the world. I am passionate about community building, completing 3 years volunteering with Sunshine Coast Regional Economic Development Organization, ending that term as Vice Chair. In 2018 I was elected as a School Board Trustee, and I was Vice Chair from 2020-2022. I am currently in my second term.
My life and coaching practice are informed by the lenses of the two foci of my Masters: Sustainable Community Development and Values-Based Leadership. These are my passions: making changes to society based on being called to Integrity and to walk the talk. I am a Coach, also referred to as a Disruptor and a Catalyst. I am an activist for change and growth, and my practice has one over-arching value of Self-Honour; this shapes each session, program and who I strive to be, and the value I am compelled to bring forth in you. We go as equals and we go together in this process, YOU the client are the LEADER of the process, my job is to create the safe space with humility, intuition and heart.
I live and work with gratitude on the unceded land of the shishalh nation, otherwise known as beautiful south coastal area of BC in Canada, 45 minutes north of the city Vancouver.
