My coaching programs are unique in the industry.  My education and training has ranged from executive financial planning to academic leadership studies, through some universal mystical practices from all continents, levels of Landmark education paradigm shift curation and Psychology of Vision transpersonal psychology and somatic practices.

6. Resources and suggestions based on interest and learning growth needs of client.
7. Coaching can include consulting and strategic or financial planning support as needed.
8. Happy to customize based on client needs on a week by week basis.

THE CLARITY PROGRAM

The Clarity Program is for a client that wants to make a sustainable change in their lives, commit to a 4 month program and see results that last! This program involves mindset and habit transformation, using Values-Based Leadership and Organizational Sustainability knowledge and skills.

Have you and your partner ever argued about money?

Is money one of the strains in your relationship?

Have you figured out that you and your partner both have limitimg beliefs about money?

Do you desire alignment, peace and team work in your relationship with your partner in the realm of money, finances and future planning?

This course is designed to be addressing couples in the realm of financial literacy that covers the basics -not from a financial planning perspective, but from the perspective of the pre-existing conditions that are part of limiting beliefs, a lack of consideration about financial values and lack of alignment around prioritzation in relationships.  This course is about creating a sustainable foundation to learn financial literacy and dream and visioning a financial future together.

Courses are weekly, 2.5 hours and can be taught in person or online-or with an online alternative.  5 week duration.

Steps to Leadership was written by International Coach and Entrepreneur: Jeff Allen.  It is a year long program for people that are looking to level-up significantly in their relationship to living a life full of purpose.  It is based on 30 years of research and taught internationally.  The course is 30 modules and roughly 220 hours of study.  It is strategically spread out over a year for ultimate integration.  The work involves:

STEPS TO CONSCIOUS BUSINESS

This program is specifically designed for facilitation in an organization or business for the mid to upper management.  It is inspired by the same principles as Steps to Leadership, with a specific focus on productivity in a business environment.  It is 12 weeks, ideal for the time of year in a seasonal business where things slow down.  Leadership studies have concluded that leadership retention is a key savings and resiliency factor in organizational culture and health.  Organizational culture studies have proven that investing in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) training in management will reap large rewards, both for the managers who feel invested in and resourced; also largely for the staff and customers downstream from the management that benefit from the management accelerating their leadership capability with elevated EQ.
